Sarus was founded in 2014 in Bangalore with the vision of creating sustainable employment opportunities in rural India. Today, our teams operate across Malur, Kolar, Chikkaballapura, and Bangalore. We remain committed to inclusive employment and will continue striving to ensure that at least 25% of our workforce comprises persons with physical disabilities, with a particular focus on supporting individuals affected by polio.
We are a professional advisory firm providing integrated financial, accounting, compliance, and strategic services to startups, businesses, venture capital funds, and growth-stage enterprises.

Since founding Sarus Advisory Services in 2014, she has partnered with businesses through pivotal stages of growth, delivering strategic financial guidance that extends beyond compliance to support confident, well-informed decision-making. Known for her hands-on and detail-oriented approach, she focuses on building resilient financial foundations that enable long-term stability and sustainable growth.
Beyond her advisory work, Shruthi is deeply involved in purpose-led initiatives that create meaningful social impact. She serves as a Governing Body Member and Secretary at Sandur Kushal Kala Kendra, where she actively supports artisan communities and the preservation of traditional crafts. She is also the Founding Member and Director of Insulin Yogi Pvt. Ltd., reflecting her commitment to building ventures that combine purpose, innovation, and long-term impact alongside her professional practice.

Anu is a Chartered Accountant and finance professional with extensive experience across statutory & internal audits, risk management, compliance and financial reporting. She has worked with global organizations including PriceWaterhouse Coopers, Hewlett Packard and Herbert Smith LLP, contributing to exposure in multi-cultural and international team environments across multiple entities and geographies.
Anu brings strong expertise in financial modelling and valuations, complemented by hands-on experience in equity markets through active investing and trading across listed securities and derivatives. Her diverse background enables her to combine analytical rigor with practical business insight to support strategic decision-making.

Senthil Kumar S is a seasoned finance professional and Registered Valuer with over 20+ years of experience spanning consulting firms and industry leadership roles. He is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI), Company Secretary (ICSI), holds a Diploma in IFRS (ACCA), and is a registered Insolvency Professional and Registered Valuer (Securities & Financial Assets) with IBBI.
Executed 100+ valuation assignments across startups and mature companies including clients audited by Deloitte, EY, KPMG, and PwC.

A Finance professional with 28 years of experience in accounting, audit, and compliance. Proficient in Tally, SAP, AWS-integrated accounting solutions, TDS, and payroll softwares.
Experienced in liaison with government authorities, evaluation of internal controls, audit supervision, and maintenance of books of accounts. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively manage finance and audit teams.
Her audit experience includes internal audit engagements with Karnataka State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (KSIIDC) for nine years, along with statutory, internal, and stock audits for leading organizations such as Micro Labs, Bal Pharma, and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL). She has conducted bank audits for Canara Bank and Bank of India.

She specializes in GST and TDS compliance, financial reconciliations, and end-to-end accounting, including Accounts Payable and Receivable, with a strong focus on accuracy and statutory compliance. She is also experienced in client management, HR systems, and supporting ERP implementation and adoption.
Sheela is known for her structured approach, attention to detail, and ability to deliver reliable, compliant financial processes while working closely with clients to ensure clarity and control.
